All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, or carrier operations.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using tracked priority shipping services to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

International Shipping

Femme Lumière ships worldwide. All applicable taxes and import duties are included in the purchase price. Customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local pickup location according to the carrier’s policy. Parcels held at pickup locations are typically available for up to 7 days before being returned.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the shipping details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
