RETURN POLICY
If you have received the wrong items or the items are defective, please contact us at info@femmelumière.com to discuss this further.
Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return items within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are in their original, unworn, and resellable condition.
Once your return is received, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange products that appear to have been used or opened, or that are no longer in their original condition.
Submitting a Return Request
Simply submit a return request via your account: log in with your email address and the code we send to you via email.
Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will receive a return form via email.
Send the return form along with a photo of the items you wish to return to info@femmelumière.com.
Once approved, make sure your return is properly packaged and meets all of the conditions listed below.
Clearly mark 'Return' on the outside of the package.
Use an insured traceable service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Send a follow-up email with your shipping information to info@femmelumière.com.
Return Conditions and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in our Warranty Conditions.
- Ensure that your return is safely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship return packages using a traceable, insured service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
- Only approved return forms will be processed—returns without approval may not be accepted.
