WARRANTY CONDITIONS

At Femme Lumière, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. We stand behind our products and offer the option to return items if you're not completely satisfied. Below are our return conditions:

Return Period

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to unused, unworn, and unwashed products in the original packaging.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defects in materials
  • Color fading or other deviations not caused by normal wear and tear
  • If the sizes do not match the sizes listed on the product page

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, abrasions, or natural aging of materials
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the washing instructions

Returning Products

If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at info@femmelumiere.com and provide your order number, reason for return, and, if possible, photos of the product.
  2. Our customer service will review your request and inform you about the next steps.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product. You can choose a replacement product, a store credit, or a refund, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping Costs

Femme Lumière covers the shipping costs for returning products within the 14-day return period, provided the product is defective or does not meet the description.

Restrictions

These return conditions only apply to products purchased directly from Femme Lumière. Products bought through other channels are subject to the return conditions of the respective seller. Our products are checked to ensure that you receive a high-quality item.

Return conditions may vary depending on local legislation. Please contact our customer service for more information if you reside outside the Netherlands or Belgium.
