Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Additional Agreement – An agreement where the consumer acquires products, digital content and/or services related to a distance agreement, provided by Femme Lumière or a third party under an arrangement between them.
Reflection Period – The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer – The natural person not acting for purposes related to trade, business, craft, or professional activity.
Day – Calendar day.
Digital Content – Data produced and delivered in digital form.
Duration Agreement – An agreement involving regular delivery of goods or services for a specific period.
Durable Data Carrier – Any medium that allows storage of information for future consultation (e.g. email).
Right of Withdrawal – The option for the consumer to withdraw from the agreement within the reflection period.
Distance Agreement – An agreement concluded within the framework of organized distance selling, using one or more means of remote communication.
Model Withdrawal Form – The European withdrawal form attached in Appendix I.
Femme Lumière – The company as defined in Article 2, offering products or services remotely to consumers.
Remote Communication Technique – Any means enabling an agreement without the consumer and Femme Lumière being in the same place simultaneously.

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer and distance agreement between Femme Lumière and the consumer.

Before concluding any distance agreement, these Terms & Conditions are made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, Femme Lumière will indicate where they can be reviewed electronically and that a copy will be provided free of charge upon request.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions can be provided electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.


Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated.

The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products or services. Images used by Femme Lumière are a true representation of the products offered.
Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Femme Lumière.

Each offer includes sufficient information for the consumer to understand the rights and obligations involved in accepting the offer.


Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, Femme Lumière will confirm receipt by electronic means. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the agreement.

Femme Lumière ensures secure electronic data transfer and payment environments.

Femme Lumière may verify whether the consumer can meet payment obligations. If there are valid reasons, Femme Lumière may refuse an order or attach conditions to its execution.

Femme Lumière will provide the consumer with the following information at the latest upon delivery:

  • The business address of Femme Lumière for correspondence or complaints.

  • Conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal.

  • Information about warranties and after-sales services.

  • The total price, including taxes and any delivery costs.

  • Payment and delivery methods.

  • Requirements for terminating long-term agreements, if applicable.

  • The model withdrawal form, where applicable.
