RETURN POLICY

Femme Lumière ships worldwide and takes great care in ensuring each piece arrives in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, Femme Lumière will cover all return shipping costs.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

For other returns - such as selecting the wrong size or a change of preference - return shipping costs are not covered by Femme Lumière.

We kindly ask that returned items are unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions via email to complete the process smoothly.

Approved returns will be sent back to our facility in The Netherlands. The return address will be provided once your request has been accepted.
