Orders are carefully prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 6–8 business days worldwide.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, return shipping will be fully covered by Femme Lumière.
